There are many ways your congregation can be involved!!

Prayer – Pray for our staff and volunteers – for patience, for the right words at the right time, for wisdom. Pray for our residents – for gentled hearts, for softening to the Lord, for surrender and life change, for salvation.

Volunteers – We need you to teach Bible studies, crafts, tutoring, cooking classes, *insert your gift or talent here*, parenting and nutrition classes (weekly, monthly, or quarterly). We also need MENTORS!! Each mentor will work with a young woman throughout the program, to ensure that each of our residents is supported for success!

Host Families – We also need families to help house residents during their pregnancy. Many of our young women won’t know what a healthy family looks like. Will you be a model? Help her learn healthy relationship skills in a relaxed, low-key setting. Click here for more information, Host families info handout.

Monthly Budget – Knowing our expected income every month makes life so much easier. Can your church afford $83/month? That comes to $1000 annually. More? Less? We are grateful for your consideration, at whatever level is comfortable for you. Help us be the “hands and feet of Jesus” to these women in need.

Special Services – Executive Director, Suzanne Burns, and other members of the Board of Directors, are always happy to come and speak to your congregation. We have a wide array of teen pregnancy information that will shock your church family. (Love offerings are NOT required but are certainly appreciated.)

Mother’s Day Honor Cards – AVAILABLE IN MARCH AND APRIL. Donate a gift to Foundation House in honor of a special mother in your life. She will receive a lovely card thanking her and acknowledging the gift you have made in her honor. Support our ministry while blessing your mom with a beautiful gift, too.
