What is the Festival of Trees Event?
The event is an evening to welcome in the holiday season by gathering to support and raise awareness and funds for an excellent cause. The festivities will include a display of beautifully decorated trees and gift items to bid on, delicious food & hot beverage, shopping, and so much more. You don’t want to miss this evening of fun and fellowship.

Not familiar with Foundation House? We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit maternity home and training program for mothers in crisis. The only program of our kind within 150 miles of Bradley County, we provide a trauma-informed approach to sustainable stability so that the mothers we serve learn the tools they need to never be back in this situation ever again.
We walk with mothers, trapped in a crisis lifestyle, on their journeys toward faith, wholeness, and lasting stability.
Presale Tickets are $50. Tickets at the door are $60.

Tree Sponsor
You will decorate & donate an artificial tree for the silent auction. Trees can be set up on the morning of the Festival of Trees event beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. You will need to provide everything needed for your tree including skirt, hooks, ornaments, topper, etc. If you wish to advertise your business or organization, please send a high-resolution logo to Hannah Jarman, events@foundationhouseministries.org, by October 1. Tree pickup will be on November 18 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tree sponsors will need to provide a minimum bid.
Silent Auction Bid Item Sponsor
You will donate an item to be bid on in a silent auction. This can be a store-bought item, a handmade item, or an item you are sponsoring. You will need to indicate a minimum opening bid and a suggested retail value. Each item will have a bid clipboard, cover page, and bid sheet. If you would like to spotlight your business in an ad, please send a print-ready ad to Hannah Jarman, events@foundationhouseministries.org by October 1st. Bid items can be dropped off by November 10 to Foundation House.

Sponsor the 2022 Festival of Trees Shirt by making a $500, $250, or $100 tax deductible
donation and have your business, family, church, or organization spotlighted in the program by October 1st.

• $500: large logo + 4 tickets and 4 shirts
