Our

Mission & Values

Mission Statement:  We walk with each mother, trapped in a crisis lifestyle, on her journey towards faith, wholeness, and lasting stability.

Foundation House Ministries provides homes for women in crisis pregnancies and aid as much as we can: financially, physically, emotionally and most importantly spiritually. We know how crucial it is to have a strong, and stable support system when you’re expecting, so we’ll do everything in our power to make sure you are in loving hands while you are here. In addition, we enjoy sharing life lessons and approaches towards parenting.

Here at Foundation House Ministries, we are a community of strength and love and we’d love to have you!Stop by and visit our offices at 258 Broad Street, Suite 202, Cleveland, TN. We are located above Gardner’s Market, one block before the courthouse and directly across the street from Broad Street UMC.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday at 9 am to 4 pm. We would love to give you the Grand Tour!

Andrea Dailey

Board President

Andy is in her fourth year of serving on the board of Foundation House Ministries. She’s currently board president. Previously, she handled public relations for the ministry, helping share the good work Foundation House does through the region’s news outlets. A media personality herself, Andy has been an on-air reporter and host of the local day show, Let’s Chatt. Andy has a very special heart and love for mother’s choosing to break the chains of addiction and generational poverty to better their lives and the lives of their children. Andy’s favorite part of serving on the board is getting to meet the moms in the program and witnessing first hand their grit and determination. Her faith is strengthened by the way Jesus redeems these women and how God uses Foundation House to completely rewrite their lives and the lives of their children. Andy has also experienced His saving grace and is very proud to give back in this way. Andy says, “I know this program inside and out and a sweeter, more impactful one doesn’t exist. All of these mothers are warriors and survivors. But their health and success wouldn’t be possible without all the services Foundation House Ministries offers. I am a proud board member, volunteer and donor.” Andy is wife to Jeff, mom to Ben and Nathan and doting dog mom to Boomer, Maisie and Teddi.

Jennifer Fillauer

Board Member

Jennifer attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work. She has experience working with teens as a crisis intervention case manager and has also worked in therapeutic foster care and adoption. Once Jennifer started her family in 2005, she turned her attention to volunteer work with various organizations that allowed her the flexibility to spend more time at home with her family. She has been on many different boards at the schools her children have attended and has been involved in fundraising at many different levels for those schools and other organizations in the community as well. Jennifer says “being a mother is one of the biggest blessings in my life, which is why being a member of this board is so important to me. It allows me to play a small part in helping mothers transform their lives. Each of these mothers experiencing a crisis in her life has different needs when she comes to the program seeking help. I love that Foundation House Ministries really takes the time to get to know these women and meets them where they are. They are treated as individuals and provided with the resources they need, for as long as they need, enabling them to have long-term success being the best mothers they can be.
